30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sanislink Ring or the App ecosystem, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the ring must be returned in its original working condition without severe physical damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon processing your refund, your Sanislink App account will be deactivated and all accumulated Sanis Points will be permanently eliminated.


Size Exchanges

Sanislink rings are precision instruments. We strongly recommend using our official printable Size Calibration Guide to determine your exact size before ordering.

If you submit the wrong size and need an exchange, you must return the original undamaged ring. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee. Please measure carefully using our guide.


1-Year Limited Warranty

Sanislink stands behind the quality of our hardware. We offer a 1-Year Global Warranty covering manufacturing defects and material flaws.

What is covered: If your ring stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What is not covered: Accidental damage (such as drops), misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
