Do I own the ring?
It depends on your selected tier.
1-Year Pro Membership (Advanced Ceramic): To lower the barrier to entry, Sanislink provides this hardware under a hardware-as-a-service license while you maintain your active subscription.
Other Precious Metal Editions: You own the hardware. These premium rings are your personal asset and may include ongoing membership benefits according to the applicable Sanislink terms for your selected edition. If a bonus Ceramic Ring is included, it is intended for the same wearer and the same Sanislink App account.
Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for the $60 early-access subscription?
Will the 1-Year Pro Membership (Ceramic) Edition ring stop working after 12 months if I do not renew my subscription?
You keep the hardware.
If you do not renew Pro after the included access period, the App may move to a more limited experience, such as Basic Mode, depending on the plan and product configuration available at that time. Certain Pro features, including advanced insights, trend analysis, and premium wellness summaries, may require an active subscription.
You may renew your subscription at any time if you want to reactivate eligible Pro features. Available features may vary by plan, product version, firmware, and account status.
Points or rewards, where available, may be applied according to Sanislink's active rewards terms. Availability, value, and eligibility may vary by program rules and account status.
Does data monetization mean you are selling my privacy?
No. Sanislink does not sell your personally identifiable information.
Sanislink is designed with privacy-focused data processing. Wellness-related data may be processed through authorized Sanislink systems to provide app functionality, wellness summaries, and ecosystem services. We do not sell personally identifiable information.
Users are responsible for following account security guidance and protecting their account credentials.
If the price starts so affordable, does that mean you have cut corners on quality?

Early-access pricing may be used to make the ecosystem more accessible while Sanislink continues to scale production, software services, and user feedback programs.

How many grams of precious metal does a Sanislink lab-grown diamond ring contain?

Is Sanislink a medical device?

The Sanislink ring, accompanying software, and AI reports are designed strictly as a general wellness product.

Can I connect two Sanislink rings to the same App account?
Yes. Two Sanislink rings can be connected to the same Sanislink App account, but they should be worn by the same person.
Can two different people share one App account and each wear one ring?
No. Each person should use their own Sanislink App account. Sharing one account across different people may affect data consistency, privacy, and the overall App experience.
Do both rings need to be registered?
Yes. Each ring should be registered the first time it is used. After initial setup, the App should reconnect to the nearby or most recently used ring when available.
Can I wear both rings at the same time?
Sanislink rings connected to the same App account are intended for the same wearer. If a set includes two rings, they should be used by the same person, not split between different users.
What if my premium set includes a Ceramic Ring?
If your premium set includes a Ceramic Ring, it may be connected to the same Sanislink App account as your other Sanislink ring. The included Ceramic Ring is intended for the same wearer and should not be treated as a separate account or a separate user's device.
